How the Booking Text Works

Enter the business owner name, social media handle, business name, what you sell, space request, power option if eligible, and payment preference. This form will create a REQUEST TO BOOK text draft for you to copy or send by SMS.

This is not automatic approval. HypeGirl PopUp Events must review and approve your request before private payment information is provided.

Approval Rule

One Space Type + One Approved Category Only

Each vendor is approved for one space type and one approved category only. Vendors may not book one price level and sell items from another category. Any item or category not listed in your approval is not allowed at the event.

Power Rules

Electrical Power Rules

Electrical power access is only available to Indoor Gymnasium Perimeter Wall Space bookings. Power is not available for Center / Inline Spaces or Outdoor Spaces.

Power must be selected during booking and paid in advance. Do not select power unless you are booking a perimeter wall space.

Strict No Space Holding Policy

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, reserve a space, or hold a category. HypeGirl PopUp Events must approve your request before private payment information is provided.

This vendor booking info page is the first step in the approval process.

No spaces are held. No exceptions.

Vendor Space Policy

No Shared Vendor Spaces

Each vendor space is approved for one business, one vendor, one space type, and one approved product category only. Vendor spaces may not be shared, split, transferred, resold, or used by another business or vendor.

Category sharing is not allowed.
Vendors may not pay for one price level and sell items from another category.
One vendor may not book a space and allow another vendor, brand, product line, or business category to sell from that same space.
Only the business and category approved during booking may set up, display, promote, or sell from the assigned space.
Helpers are allowed, but helpers may not sell or promote a separate business from your space.
Violations may result in removal from the event with no refund and a ban from future HypeGirl PopUp Events.
